2. Subscription Services
ComicsAI provides an array of subscription options, including weekly, monthly, and yearly plans, which are processed through Apple's StoreKit service.
1 week ($2.99), 1 month ($6.99), 1 year ($39.99) durations.
Your subscription will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase and will automatically renew (at the duration selected) unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Current subscription may not be cancelled during the active subscription period; however, you can manage your subscription and/or turn off auto-renewal by visiting your iTunes Account Settings after purchase.

3. Ownership and Intellectual Property
The App and its materials, such as visual interfaces, graphics, design, data, computer code, and services are owned by Comics AI or its licensors. You are granted a non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Comics AI, through integrations with Firebase Analytics, Facebook SDK App Events, and AppsFlyer, collects data related to app usage, performance, and user interactions. This includes, but is not limited to, app launches, crashes, user actions within the app, screen views, events such as installs and conversions, as well as user properties like language preferences and geographic location. This data is used for app functionality improvement, analyzing user interaction, and optimizing marketing campaigns. All data is collected in an anonymized format and is not linked to individual users’ identities.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Comics AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the App.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. I do not warrant that the App will function uninterrupted or be error-free.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the developer from any claims, liabilities, expenses, and damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, made by any third party related to your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

The images generated by this app are generated using artificial intelligence algorithms, of which we have no control on the output. There is a chance that images that you generate can infringe on the copyright, trademark, or intellectual property of a third party.
By using this app, you agree to our Terms and that it is your legal responsibility to make sure that you do not use any artwork in any manner that violates the copyright, trademark, or intellectual property of a third party. You acknowledge that we will not be liable for any claims regarding copyright as you agree that it your responsibility to determine if the images you have generated violate any copyright and for seeking appropriate permission from copyright holders to use the images in any manner.
You are responsible for all of your activity in connection with this app. Any fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise illegal activity may be grounds for termination of your right to access or use the app.
